To whom it may concern within the ICANN organization,


A person whom owns a domain, whether for personal or commercial purposes,
should not be forced to expose their private information.


Small businesses, which make up a majority of or economy, have a right to
use only their business information. The exposure of private information
can only lead destructive behavior from inconveniences to the possible risk
of one's personal safety.


Please keep private information private and protect the incentive for
future growth of the online economy. No one’s personal information should
be revealed without a court order, regardless of whether the request comes
from a private individual or law enforcement agency.
