make their home address public and open to abuse by trolls on the internet 
simply to own a website or blog. With the 'swatting' cybercrime prank on the 
rise, this policy is simply going to remove more barriers against the dangerous 
'swatting' prank. I, as a website owner, myself, do not wish to reveal my home 
address in a WHOIS entry in this day and age of an internet where cybercrime 
affects many innocent people.</p><p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p><p 
style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'>Dear ICANN – Regarding the proposed rules 
governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy services (as set forth in the 
Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation Issues Policy document): I urge you 
to respect internet users' rights to privacy and due process. - Everyone 
deserves the right to privacy. - No one’s personal information should be 
revealed without a court order, regardless of whether the request comes from a 
private individual or law enforcement agency. Private information should be 
kept private. Thank you.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p><p
