ICANN - Respect Our Privacy on WHOIS data

Dear ICANN –

Regarding the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS privacy
services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services Accreditation
Issues Policy document):

In a time where personal safety online is at risk due to false-flag police
raids (e.g. SWATing), careers are at risk due to censorous individuals
responding to political disagreement by calling the employer of the person
being disagreed with to get him fired, and at a time when online privacy is
at great risk from malicious hackers, it sends the wrong message to
Internet users and moreso it threatens their freedom of speech.  I object
to ANY release of personal information from WHOIS databases without a court
order.

Private information should be kept private. Thank you.
