Dear ICANN,

UN concluded an anonymity on the Internet belongs to the Human Rights. The 
Whois Privacy is the part of the human rights described above.

Everyone has the right to privacy.
 
No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order, 
regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law 
enforcement agency. 

I hope ICANN won't fight against domain owners and will decline the idea of the 
Whois privacy elimination.
