Dear ICANN –

With regard to the proposed rules governing companies that provide WHOIS
privacy services (as set forth in the Privacy and Policy Services
Accreditation Issues Policy document):

I cannot urge you strongly enough to respect internet users' rights to
privacy and due process.

Regardless of whether a request is made by a private individual or a law
enforcement/government agency, no one’s personal information should be
revealed without a court order.

Private information should be kept private - "Big Brother" already has too
much 'power to snoop' as it is.
