Domain Registration Privacy has to be maintained

Forcing registrants to disclose personal details in WHOIS is a terrible
idea, there are a wide range of reason that people may use privacy
protection and the working group's proposal would effectively throw every
one of those under a bus.

WHOIS is a valuable resource, but participation should be entirely
voluntary. Don't become another cause of users losing control of their
data, everyone has the right to privacy.
