PRIVACY AND PROXY REGISTRATIONS

There should be no privacy or proxy registration unless:

1. The   privacy/proxy service is treated as the owner of the domain name;
and
2. that the public is the 3rd party beneficiary of the contracts for the
purpose of 3.7.7.3 of the RAA.
