Key-Systems GmbH appreciates the opportunity provided by ICANN to 
comment on the Proposed Implementation of GNSO Thick Whois Consensus 
Policy.
Key-Systems GmbH supports the alternative framework proposed by Google 
Inc. in its comments on Thick Whois/RDAP Implementation 
<https://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-rdds-output-03dec15/pdfjbYpgAPacQ.pdf>. 
We further support the comments of the RySG 
<https://forum.icann.org/lists/comments-rdds-output-03dec15/msg00004.html> 
as well as the forthcoming comments of the Registrar Stakeholder Group.
We firmly oppose any requirement by ICANN that would make the submission 
of a hitherto voluntary field mandatory unless such requirements are the 
direct result of GNSO policy work or changes of the governing contracts. 
This applies to both the reseller field as well as the inclusion of the 
registrar expiration date.
