I noticed from my previous submission that my comment in Thai didn't get
displayed properly. Please fix this issue in line with ICANN's goal of
global reach and especially when the new gTLDs involve many IDN
applications. My Thai comment again:
???????????????????? Verisign ?????????????????????????? 2.2.4
?????????????????????????????????????????????
.com ??? .??? ?????????????????????????????????
??????????????.com<http://xn--12c2bp5azc1bb8iqa.com/> ???
?????.???
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
????????????????????????????? IDN ?????????? IDN ???????????
I will also translate my comment in Thai here just in case:
I support Verisigns comment section 2.2.4. As a native Thai speaker and an
everyday internet user, I deem .com and .??? as the same domain extension
in the eyes of Thai internet users. If .com and its Thai corresponding
transliteration .??? are owned separately by different registrants/owners,
this will cause chaos/confusion and fraud will prevail throughout and Thai
people will lose faith in using Thai IDNs and abandon its use completely.
