Dear All,

Please find attached the ALAC Statement on the Proposal for a Specification 13 
to the ICANN Registry Agreement to Contractually Reflect Certain Limited 
Aspects of ".Brand" New gTLDs.

On 28 January 2014, Olivier Crépin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, requested that 
an ALAC ratification vote on the Statement be opened. Staff confirmed that the 
vote resulted in the ALAC endorsing the Statement with 12 votes in favor, 0 
votes against, and 0 abstentions. You may review the result independently
