Support of the formation of a CyberSafety Constituency and the representation of minority voices on the GNSO Council

Please approve the formation of the newly proposed CyberSafety Constituency. 
Online safety for children is an ever-increasing need of utmost importance. I 
feel strongly that the formation of this constituency will be very beneficial 
in the discussion and implementation of new ideas and policies for making the 
Internet better for all.

Please know I come from a family that has been extremely hurt by the 
distribution of pornography through websites and online stores.  I cannot even 
begin to explain how much pain this has caused.  I fear for the safety of my 
children.  Please help.
