OPPOSED - New CyberSafety Constituency Petition and Charter

The proposed charter would grant one small group the ability to
determine what people everywhere can easily access.  It uses the red
herring guise of "protecting the children" but that is the parent's job,
not ICANN's.  The proposal is inappropriate in the extreme.

I am strongly opposed to this and any similar petition.
