Support for 30 day window

 Dear All,

The Bulgarian Association UNINET supports 30 days application window, as 
it will be more than sufficient.
According to our experience with similar "terms", most of the 
applications will be submitted a week or so before then end of the 
application window. Therefore, having an application window longer than 
30 days will just extend this process, so I think its unnecessary.
