On behalf of the Dot Horse Project, I wish to applaud your recent 
responsiveness to the community.  Also, I wish to express my full support for 
the Draft Proposal.  The points presented there, including the amount of the 
fee, the communications campaign and making all information public are smart 
and will make for a successful and useful process.

I also implore you to make EOIs happen this year, otherwise, I think many of us 
who wish to do these will be unable to sustain our efforts.  Thank you.
