ICANN,

Thank you for this opportunity to comment on your Draft points.  I think
that the EOI fee needs to be at least $55,000 to discourage speculators from
disrupting the purpose of doing them.  Furthermore, I feel that all
information should be public and a communications campaign is in order to
fulfill ICANN's standards and obligation to the "community."

Perhaps most importantly, I fear that many of our reputations as well as
ICANN's may be tarnished if this process encounters delay or stalls
completely.  Many out there already question whether or not new gtlds will
ever happen and I believe that if EOIs fail, everyone's faith in ICANN could
end as well.
