Every region and every applicant should be given chance

Dear Sir's

First of all i want to congratulate ICAAN about the services and solutions
giving to global internet community.
I do remember early days when icann was taken over domain registry services
from network solutions .
Based on last 13 years operations , control on internet there is lots of
regional imbalance
in managing GTLDS , TLDS , applicant selections etc.

In order to support "  internet is for every one "  ICANN should select and
process applications based on regional representation,requirements
and people who want to support and propose new  TLD's .  For example India
is big country with lots of internet users with so many regional states
with different languages and culture etc.To serve this part  of the world
ICAAN should consider regional requirements rather than global ( USA .
EUROPE etc )
requirements and priorities.

I am kindly requesting ICANN community members , all stake holders to
implement applicant selections based on regional requirements and
representation.
