Suggestion for Draw Revenues

In light of the recent hurricane that caused damage from the Caribbean to the 
northeast United States, FairWinds Partners suggests that ICANN consider 
donating the funds raised from the Prioritization Draw to the International 
Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.  The funds can be earmarked 
for Hurricane Sandy relief.  Alternatively, the funds can be used to help 
provide relief in other geographic areas suffering from recent natural 
disasters, such as Guatemala, or could be funneled into one or more of the 
IFRC's many international relief efforts, which span disaster response and 
preparedness and also address family security, health, and education efforts 
around the world.
