I am Jim Galvin, just in case the From address on this email doesn't

I am currently Vice Chair of the SSAC, where I have been active in
various capacities since its first year. I have been primarily a
technologist all my life and have been active in the IETF for more than
20 years, again in various capacities. My day job is Director of
Strategic Relationships and Technical Standards at Afilias.
