Cheryl Langdon-Orr:perhaps they can be RE Activated and complemented as
required FOR the RA part of out Job then
Nathalie Peregrine:Katrina Sataki has joined the call
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:option 1 or 2 NOT 3 of what Jim oiutlined sits best
with me WE need to get to an RA phase and YES to a reconstitution is OK
from MY POV and our Charter should be able to cope with only a little tweek
if needs be...
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:re constitution is OK as opposed to stop and new action
under new group...
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:yup gree woth OCL here we have to do some RA work (via
reconstited and bolstered participants if needs be
Luis Espinoza .cr:If we take the risk assesment process to a open public
forum with in ICANN, in behalf of keeping within the WG?
Julie Hammer:Also the Board WG is only looking at ICANN the organisation, not
ICANN the community.
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:Yes indeed Julie EXACTLY
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:the Charter always considered this WG using sub comms
of itself or fresh for aspects of our work and specofocally RA bits of work
thus the whole confidentiality section...
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:and I'm OK woith this aspect of OUR work on this geing
go live post Toronto BTW
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:cathc up AND be better clarified
Rick Koeller:do we know what skill set we fell we are missing to perform the
RA?
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:Gree Julie the AC & SO line up changes as at that time
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:Good question Rick!
Julie Hammer:The skills set would be dictated by the 5 risk
scenarios...people with knowledge and skills in those scenario areas.
Rick Koeller:i think if we are missing skills we need to identify our gap in
time for Toronto in order to recruit others to contribute to the RA
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:Yes Rick
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:annd Julie indeed we have NOW got more to properly work
with AT Toronto...
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:true OCL goos point to make
  Julie Hammer::-)
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:guilty as charged re the process focus attraction
observation OCL  =>  Yup
Rick Koeller:i know that here at CIRA, Jacques and I have brought some of our
systems people in to contribute to the DNSSec risk.
Rick Koeller:within organizations with systems people we can draw upon
inhouse expertise to contribute to the RA work when ever that occurrs
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:noted Rick and it is the ability to access that sort of
talent / skell set / experience that we need to ensure WE have dione in the
next phase
  Rick Koeller:great :-)
Julie Hammer:Allow our decisions to be better informed!
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:well said Julie :-)
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:sounds like were all in agreemennt then
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:violently
Rick Koeller:yes i like the outcome of today's meeting
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:yup Mikey it seem MORE than reasonable to go for
review of upper left qudrant
Cheryl Langdon-Orr:Note the neqr pefect consensus to your 'poll' quesrion
Mikey...
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:sounds like a plan
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:bye all...
  Katrina Sataki:bye! thanks!
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:THANKMikey...
