the DNS Risk Management Framework report draft is available for review and 
comment.

i know it's that "rush to review stuff before the meeting" period, but it would 
be helpful if people could give this report a read and offer comments on the 
list. for many of us, it's probably going to be tough to dig really deeply into 
this until after Durban since there's so much else going on.  but there you go.
