In developing a Terminated Registrar Transition Procedure, which will be used
by ICANN to facilitate transfer of gTLD registrations from de-accredited
registrars to ICANN-accredited registrars, ICANN solicited public comment
through this forum and through a workshop at the ICANN meeting in Delhi, India
(see http://delhi.icann.org/node/53 ).
Considerable feedback was received during the Delhi workshop and incorporated
into the draft that was posted concurrently with the opening of this forum. No
comments were received through the public comment forum. Accordingly, the
forum has been closed and the procedure will be presented to the ICANN Board of
Directors for consideration and possible adoption as an ICANN procedure.
