Incorrect UTF-8 processing on web pages of this forum
Could a technical expert from ICANN staff have a look at the way the mail archive engine of this public comment forum handles character encodings? My previous message was sent in UTF-8 and the declared web page encoding of the forum is UTF-8 as well. But characters other than 7-bit ASCII are still garbled. I will resend my message in PDF but I think it is very important that UTF-8 is displayed correctly, especially as we are talking about IDN. Werner Staub |
