Fast Flux Hosting Issues

Fast flux hosting needs to have strict laws put in place to allow registrars
and hosting companies to terminate the offenders that try to use these schemes.
Fast flux is one of the major backbones that the spammers and hackers have to
hide. Not only are these criminals responsible for email spam, they are also
getting away with other crimes that stem from the same practice, like malware,
and virus's.

As a company in the business of shutting down these criminals, we understand
the problems and complexities of shutting them down. Registrars and hosting
companies are in the unique position to get this done and at the same time,
they are hesitant to act because they are terminating their income from these
criminals. However, if these laws are not put in place, it will just continue
to get worse. Then where will the rest of the internet community be, because
these laws were not put in place and this allows the criminals to continue
their tyrant raid on computers and networks around the world, without having to
pay for services like the rest of us.

Thank you for your time in this matter
