Negative side of Fast Track on the local scripts

This has created a slightly higher ambiguity on domain. It also potentially 
rases the cost of the registration, as often now one must register one extra 
domain to cover all the space (if needed).
A (probably late) suggestion would be to set up equivalency tables, which would 
automatically register the domain in both local and latin script where possible.
