Please review the procedure "fast track"

Dear Readers,

Since the combination .бг was rejected by ICANN, the idea of Bulgarian Cyrillic 
domain has suffered severely.

Many people spoke against, just because they do not wish Bulgaria to have 
another option than the original proposal, made four years ago. All reputable 
specialists in Bulgaria (and many abroad) have suggested that the only correct 
combination for a domain in Cyrillic is .бг

In view of the above, I would like to ask the board of ICANN, and their 
responsible employees to double think and allow Bulgaria to reapply with the 
same proposal. There are sufficient measures to prevent occurring of even one 
case of confusion.

Also, the lack of transparency in the "fast track" gives reasons for thinking. 
Whenever procedures are not public, there are views that not everything in them 
is correct.
