Ok, I see that no comments were made until now in the public period,
which could mean that people are not any more interested in IDN
fast-track issues. Here is my exact idea: Currently Bulgaria and
Greece do not know what to do and are just waiting, which made the
communities completely disinterested in the IDN issues. So why don`t
you add one sentence somewhere, saying something like "If the DNS
stability panel finds a string confusingly similar to others, then the
string is unable to continue in the fast-track process"?
This would be a clear sign to the communities that they should do
something else and not waste time/resources.
