Sir,
There is value in having two-character surnames available in this TLD.
For all users, like myself that have a two letter surname, it provides a
unique, easy-to-remember identity on the Internet.
By restricting character length in this way, you not only limit options
to end-users but also place limitations on this TLD that is focused on
personal names.
I support GNR's proposal for the limited release of two-character
domains in the .NAME TLD.
