Right, whatever we do it should better reflect the reality of the
process.

BTW, I don't want to drag this out into a debate. I've said my peace. I
will
get on board with the consensus of the group so we can move forward.

Tim,

Regardless of what plan we approve for endorsement, I totally agree with
you that the Staff call for volunteers needs to change.
