participate if possible; otherwise we will have to go ahead with our meeting as

I must apologise but I will not be able to make the call as an urgent meeting 
has come up on Wednesday morning.

It may be bold to ask but I could participate if the call was earlier... 
the call is at 9am my time currently, my meeting is set for 9.30am for two 
hours!

My apologies once again.

If the call cannot be changed, and I completely understand why, perhaps I could 
chat to Chuck prior as there are a few issues I'd like to discuss.
