Dear All,

As discussed on today's CCW-DT call, please find attached the following 
documents:

1.       Final Proposed Charter for GNSO Council Approval

2.       Draft Motion to Approve the DT and Charter

I have learned that, although the deadline has passed, it is possible to seek a 
waiver of the 8 day rule.   Jonathan should do so ASAP, using the attached 
documents.
