[gnso-ccwg-dt] Draft Principles for Discussion

Jonathan and DT,

Here are two versions to consider for today’s meeting.  First are the 
principles without the rationale, which is how we had planned to send them to 
the GNSO Council I think.  While I have labeled the file “for GNSO Council 
Review” it is still just a draft and won’t be finalized until after this 
meeting.  Note that without the rationale it doesn’t seem to make sense to 
leave it in tabular format, so I have removed that formatting.  The second 
document includes the rationale and Chuck’s comments on 2 c) iii.  Both 
versions currently include [whenever possible] in 2a ii since that seems to be 
unresolved.  I will load these documents into Adobe Connect so we will have 
them handy for the meeting.
