Attached in Word and PDF are the revised Draft Principles based on the changes 
(in redline) agreed to on today's call.  There are two sets of documents.  The 
first is the version prepared for GNSO Council review, which does not have the 
rationale.  The second is the version with the rationale.  These also are 
posted to the wiki at: 
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsoccwgdraftteam/1.+Meetings.

**Please respond with any comments or questions not later than COB UTC Friday, 
23 December so that the final version may be prepared for Jonathan to send to 
Stéphane Van Gelder no later than the first week of January 2012 for 
consideration by the Council at its meeting on 19 January.**
