[gnso-consensus-wg] Conference call recordings and mailing list archives

At the end of the last conference call, due to time constraints, we 
decided to postpone the decision on releasing the working group 
deliberation records and to decide on the list.

I move that we make all recordings and all mailing-list archives 
publicly available through the ICANN web site.
