These were the NCUC candidate definitions I read on the call:
Competition: Described by economic measures, including number of
suppliers, market concentration, ease of entry, and pricing close to
marginal cost.
Choice: The ability of domain name registrants to select among diverse
strings and competing registries to find products and services that meet
their individual needs. (Diversity might include jurisdiction, scripts,
and policies.)
Trust: The stability and consistency of domain name resolution, such
that unique identifiers work all the time and deliver consistent results
when used.
