Dear All,
During the last meeting, it was decided to hold conference calls every 2 weeks.
As the drafting team members are scattered across the various time-zones, I
have tried to find suitable slots for all regions as well as avoiding conflicts
with other working groups.
Please complete the Doodle poll with ALL suitable (or bearable) times. A
suggestion would be to rotate meeting times. We will take the two (2) most
popular times slots unless we can agree on the same time for every meeting.
