CCCI WG,

I added a few documents to the background materials section of the wiki that 
may be useful with continued identification of Metrics & Measures for the three 
definitions of Competition, Consumer Trust, & Consumer Choice.  Perhaps there 
may be a little overlap across the three definitions, but I suspect these will 
mostly focus around Consumer Trust.
