I apologize, I'll once again have to miss the call.
My comments on the metrics are high-level. As I've said before, I have
a basic problem with the idea of "trust" that "registry operator is
fulfilling its proposed purpose," and "complying with national laws,"
and in particular with some of the specific metrics such as spam levels.
Since often, what gets measured gets attention, I'm concerned that
these focus attention in places that will restrict expression and
innovation.
