Here is the first version of the PPT we will use for updates in Prague.  I
essentially lifted this from the Costa Rica public session we hosted.  I
understand we only wanted 4 or 5 slides, but I figured it will be good to
start with more and trim it down as we need.  In one way or another, all the
messages contained within still seem relevant for adequate background.

 

As I mentioned on the last call, it is clear that the definitions and
metrics will change considerably.  We will have to update the slides once
we've completed review of the public comments and created the final product.
