Dear working group members,

i cannot thank you enough for you willingness to make this amendment as quickly 
as you have. I fully indend on supporting this motion in the registrar 
stakeholder group meeting tomorrow and changing the language made this 
possible. 

I apologize for not noticing this issue any sooner.
