Final Note re Late-filed Comments

Shortly AFTER the Summary and Analysis document for this proceeding was 
completed, four final late postings appeared in this forum. That were generated 
as part of a discussion on the public GNSO Council mailing list - the early 
relevant portions of which are summarized in the Staff document.  The four late 
postings address issues more broad than the Bylaws Amendments package and they 
are not summarized in the Summary/Analysis document.  Staff will ensure that 
they are specifically acknowledged as part of the dialogue that transpires 
during the GNSO Council's future discussions regarding the transition to a new 
GNSO Council in Seoul.
