I'd note that enhancing the role of the Administrative Contact as a subordinate to the Registrant was a key feature of the policy recommendations of the task force. Stakeholder input mandated that it remain easy for a Registrant to delegate management responsibility to a third party without interfering with the subscription rights of the Registrant.


With that being said, it would be helpful if contact information for the Registrant was also available to facilitate this process as long as it did not interfere with the distributed management capability of the existing transfer policy.
