On #1, I have asked the staff to distribute the draft report prior to 
the meeting, but I haven't hard any status on this, unfortunately.

On the accuracy issue, I have to admit that since this was part of TF 
#3s work, I'm really not that familiar with it.  My understanding is 
that Bruce was going to try and pull together some notes prior to 
tomorrow's call.
