Subject: [dow1-2tf] Tiered access -- authentication model
Hello,
as a basis for our call tomorrow, I have drawn up what a PKI-based
authentication mechanism for tiered access to WHOIS could look like.
The critical point is, obviously, the part where the WHOIS data user
proves their identity towards the WHOIS Authentication Provider.
Essentially everything else can be easily implemented with available
technology.
Regards,
