Maria, I wasn't on the call, but if I understand well Milton's objection, he
was trying to say that he does not think that this:

In fact, personally speaking, I do not agree to any further accuracy
enforcement measure being explored, until someone explains to me clearly
what problem it is meant to address. Actually, I don't see how you can
decide any norm on whether, say, a response to an update request is valid,
before you clarify what problem are you addressing, i.e. what these data are
to be used for and in what situation.
