<div>Probably a little late, but I do have a process question about
listing Jordyn as abstaining on the vote. Does Jordyn even have a vote?
I don't believe he does (nothing personal Jordyn). His chairing this
Task Force (we are fortunate to have him)&nbsp;is a matter of
circumstance and he does not currently represent any constituency on
the TF.</div>

terms of reference (29 October 2003) included the task of determining;
"What is the best way to inform registrants of what information about
themselves is made publicly available when they register a domain name
and&nbsp;... and receive notification of its use?"
