Steve:
The goal of this call will be to discuss the TOR, formulate a
workplan, have some initial conversations about Luxembourg, and get a
brief status update on the national law topic.

Has an agenda for this call been circulated?
I asssume it will include review of the TORs as approved by GNSO
Council, http://gnso.icann.org/policies/terms-of-reference.html
I think that Kathy and I have nearly completed our drafting
assignment regarding "Recommendation 2" (i.e., conflicts with
national laws), but I am not sure it will be posted in time for
most TF participants to review it prior to the call.
Other issues?

later?

Dear Task force members,
Marilyn Cade has asked whether we could consider moving the Whois
combined task force call on June 7 from 9:30 to 10:00 am EST, as
it conflicts with a nominating committee call and there are a few
task force members who are also on the nominating committee.
Please let me know off the list whether you would agree to the half
hour time change for the call on Tuesday June 7, 2005.
Proposed time for call on June 7, 2005
7:00 am LA
10:00 am EST
11:00 am Buenos Aires
14:00 UTC
16:00 Central European Time
Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Glen
