Glen, 

Thanks for your update to the WHOIS TF. 
However, I think this is missing a key meeting for the Council and the WHOIS
TF. There will be a Thursday p.m. -- 2-3:30 p.m. meeting of the Council and
the WHOIS TF. I don't see that on the agenda below.

Tuesday's meeting is a prep meeting. Many of the TF members have other
responsibilities and will need/want to attend the public events regarding
DNS, etc. That will limit the time available Tuesday a.m.Yet it is essential
for the TF to have prep time for the public forum. 

Have you included the Thursday meeting in your full Council agenda? If not,
let's make sure that is on the calendar for the Councilors, as well as the
TF. The expectation is that the TF and Council meet for 1 and 1/2 hours, and
then the Council concludes other work, as agreed, from Sunday's meeting.
Thus Thursday will be a "working session of Council and liaisons", and the
agenda finalized from Sunday's a.m. meeting.

The Whois task force will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 on Tuesday morning, 
venue tbd and distributed at a later date, in preparation for the Whois 
portion of the GNSO Public Forum on Tuesday 12 July 2005.

The Gala dinner will be from 19:30 to 22:30 on Monday 11 July 2005.

Please note the time of the GNSO Public Forum and the GNSO Council 
meeting on Tuesday 12 July 2005:
14:30-16:30     GNSO Public Forum  Main room

16:30-18:30     GNSO Council Meeting Main room
