Hello all:

There's a number of specific recommendations in the constituency
statements regarding the policy recommendation or recommended procedure.

I've tried to capture all of the specific recommendations that I could
find and include them in a redline (attached) along with a comment as to
which constituency recommended the change.  We should discuss which, if
any of these, we should accept as modifications to the "official"
recommendation forwarded to the Council.

We can discuss on tomorrow's call, along with voting on whether or not
to approve the recommendation.
