  Dear all,

   

  Attached is the final task force report on recommendation 2, as discussed on 
last week's WHOIS call.  I have included the IPC's follow-up statement and the 
public comments report.  Also included is an annex that describes the task 
force straw poll taken to informally ascertain support for the 7 proposed 
changes to the recommendation and advice which this task force discussed on 30 
August, 2005.  For the moment, the voting record is not available for each 
proposed revision.  However, these will be added next week when they are 
available.

   

  I would be very grateful if you could review the final task force report and 
post any revisions or corrections to the list. Could I please have your 
comments by close of business on Friday, 21 October?  Once the task force is 
satisfied with this document, Jordyn will submit it to the GNSO Council for 
discussion at its next meeting.
