[gnso-dow123] posting the Final Whois TF report

Glen, Maria and Olof:
I don't see the Final TF report posted anywhere.  Am I missing something?

Would it be possible to post the Final TF report as soon as possible in as 
many places as possible?  At a minimum, all the places where the draft report 
was posted, including:
-      www.gnso.icann.org
-      http://icann.org/announcements/announcement-18jan06.htm  [recommend 
adding a new first paragraph with the announcement of and link to the final 
report -- leaving all other paragraphs in place for historical and archival 
reference purposes.]
-      www.icann.org
and      http://www.gnso.icann.org/issues/whois-privacy/ [very outdated]
 
This will help the public debate, and create URLs for easy references and 
links.  Thanks much!
